You can expect an email response to your inquiry within 24 hours (if received on a business day) or 48 hours if submitted on a weekend or holiday.
Pricing:
Your Flow Studio offers private energy healing, private/group yoga classes, and intuitive guidance.
Reiki therapy is gentle in action, so for that reason three or more sessions (1-2 weeks apart) are recommended to initiate the desired changes towards one’s goals. This is especially important as you begin to integrate the Reiki therapy. After your first three sessions, it is recommended you continue a session every 3-4 weeks as needed.
There is a 10-20% discounted price on three, five, or seven in-person session packages. Payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable and charged in full.
